Service Order System (SoS)

This is our flagship system specially designed for companies working in the service and repair industry. The system is a fully featured administrative system with all sorts of features and extras normally only found in systems costing many times more. It is also totally scalable from one to one thousand users and available in 3 different editions to suit your budget. The program can easily be adapted to any language.

Originally released in the year 2000 the SoS2000 system has become a market leader in the Nordic region in use most workshops in the consumer electronics branch, both large and small. Although ideally suited to working with consumer electronics the system adapts smoothly to any situation where an appliance or installation needs repairing and/or servicing.

SoS2000 has many special features which combined with the user friendly interface make it a unique package offering true value for money for any service organization wanting to implement an efficient and reliable IT system.

As all companies have their own processes and ideas which is why we have made the SoS2000 system extremely flexible without losing sight of the advantages offered by a standardized package. In practical terms this means that you can create just about any report or data output required using any one of the 3 different reporting systems we support. Data input and management can also be configured using the DMS Dynamics package which is included in the Professional and Enterprise edition. SoS2000 supports these reporting systems;

SoS2000 integrates seamlessly with our Internet based service 'ServiceConnection' which enables you to connect your customers to your SoS2000 system. They can both enter new work orders as well as track the repair process step by step receiving status updates by email and or text SMS as the repair progresses
