We are DMS Sweden
We are a Swedish company based in Stockholm providing software solutions for the service and repair industry. Our software is all home-grown and based on Microsoft technology, not necessarily because it is always the best available but because we want to be able to offer our customers products which will integrate into their existing environment with as little resistance as possible. That said we are very aware of the importance of remaining independent and avoid supplier sponsored affiliation schemes for this reason.
Our software is in use in all the Nordic countries as well as in Estonia, Holland, Belgium and as far south as Nigeria.
Apart from a number of on-line services our main products are;
SoS2000 work order system
Our flagship product around which most of our other products revolve. This is the market leader in Scandinavia for all workshop systems and was originally launched in the year 2000 and has some 3,000 individual users worldwide today. Recently upgraded to the Microsoft .Net platform it offers a comprehensive package of administrative features and repair handling functionality and is completely integrated with our on-line repair system 'ServiceConnection'.
ServiceConnection
This was the pioneer of on-line repair systems being originally launched in 2002 in the days when Internet was very basic and e-mail the only way to transfer data. Since then ServiceConnection has grown and been upgraded to keep pace with developing technology, the current version being ServiceConnection '3' which was released in October 2010.
The system handles over 150000 repair orders monthly with more than 3,000 participants.
DMS LockSmith
This is a turnkey application for the locksmith industry and is only available in Sweden.
